Complete with numerous photographs, insight into the life and times of a changing America, a detailed timeline, and information for further reading or website research. A nice addition to any elementary/middle school library or classroom.

Review # 2 was written on 2009-08-26 00:00:00 Robin Foster Great overview book of the life of Jimmy Carter for upper elementary through middle grades. This book was published by the Children's Press in 1995 so only includes the work of Carter through 1994. The book contains quite a bit of information and also a nice timeline of his life.Also contains some great photographs. (pre read for teaching Georgia history; required reading for HH and GH--some sections will need to be orally read to her)
