Review # 1 was written on 2017-08-14 00:00:00 Josh Margolis Rilettura. � un romanzetto breve, magari senza pretese e nessuna velleit� da premio, ma riesce ancora a colpirmi al cuore come la prima volta che l�ho letto. Brevemente, tratta di una donna che non crede nell�amore e che sta per sposare un uomo solo per comodit�, tra gli altri motivi. Complice una breve vacanza a un eremo in cui gli ospiti non possono parlare, incontra un uomo che � l�antitesi di quello con cui fa sterilmente coppia da anni. E scoppia la bomba. La sua vita non ha pi� senso, tutto ci� in cui credeva viene ripensato. Ma non solo assistiamo a questo stravolgimento: anche le persone a lei pi� vicine e che si sono sempre dimostrate insofferenti in sua presenza riescono a stupire il lettore. E alla fine i muri dell�uomo nuovo crollano e le permettono di coronare i suoi nuovi sogni.

Review # 2 was written on 2012-11-27 00:00:00 Roger Cannon Despite the awful cover and title, I really enjoyed this one. Its reminiscent of early Barbara Delinsky (reminder me of her book Commitments), where it tugs at you emotionally and the plot is secondary to dialogue, which is superb. Its well written - what could have been an improbable plot comes to life realistically and his character is just so caring and tender and all those things the perfect lover should be. Plus tortured hero, just doesn't get any better! Another cool thing is that she is the rich one and he is blue collar. The baby drama is the best out of most Harlequins i have been going through lately. I am going to see what else she has written so I can get more! My kind of romance...
