Review # 1 was written on 2009-07-11 00:00:00 Kumar Srinivas Now, this one I remember, while the others in the series mainly blur together. Former little town princess comes home in disgrace, scrubs toilets in a motel to get by, gets involved with a mysterious character, and has to decide whether to trust him against the odds.

Review # 2 was written on 2015-08-07 00:00:00 Renee Iademarco I vaguely recall liking the man, not liking the woman, and totally loving the dog. I read this 16 yrs ago but I still remember the dog's name. Alvin gets the stars for this book.
