Frontier Bride gets a 1.5 review. It was an interesting concept - an indentured servant traveled with a family and several others in order to establish a new settlement along the lush Destiny River, in the state of Ohio in 1762. The fact of the matter was that every single man - be it settler, Aboriginal, soldier etc... was attracted to Hannah. It was just rather unrealistic that every man within 100 miles had an interest in the heroine. In fact Hannah was "courting" two men at somewhat at the same time throughout the novel... but then it became sort of a love - square (triangle) with two men and another woman. Yep. A lot of characters were involved in this romance story. Glad this particular novel is over and I am looking forward to my next read!
