Review # 1 was written on 2014-07-05 00:00:00 Nikki Oconnor Odd, slightly silly and very quick quasi-gothic (slash comedy) romance. I wasn't expecting to enjoy this, but, strangely, I did. It's certainly different from most romances, with moments of true atmosphere, and, I admit, thoroughly charming. The basic premise (that people would still be shouting down "witch's blood" in the streets of a modern town) is hard to swallow, but the whole thing got me, I admit. A nice, fast read, and a very entertaining way to spend an evening. 3.5/5, rounded up, as per my habit.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-08-20 00:00:00 Martin Kryger It's a light and quick book to read, but very romantic. It's sweet!! It left me feeling satisfied. I was able to read it all within a few hours. It was definitely a fun read! :)
