Review # 1 was written on 2018-12-26 00:00:00 Raymond Rundus 3.25 stars The good the book was definitely quirky and I laughed out loud many times. For me the stumbling block was the romance. I felt no sparks between h/H. Our h is a PI who loves disguises, there is reference to how impossible it is to find a place to live in NY and all places going co-op. Our hero is a cartoonist whose strip the heroine adores but then she is given the job to spy on him and shenanigans ensue, she disguises herself as a delivery woman, a spying attempt which is mistaken as a suicide attempt...the book was full of hilarity. |
Review # 2 was written on 2010-05-08 00:00:00 Jeffrey Bright Jas (Jasmine) Rafferty is a private investigator hired to 'stalk' cartoonist Harry Keyes, but he's enjoying the attention. |
