Review # 1 was written on 2018-10-28 00:00:00 Gary Williams [ Heroine found out she was pregnant after the hero left and tried to contact him, but he wouldn't answer her letters. Her father cut her off after she decided to keep the baby. The baby girl died at age two from a heart defect she had had since birth. (hide spoiler)]

Review # 2 was written on 2014-04-18 00:00:00 Eugene Monte This is an okay romance novel of the month (oddly enough it says Mr. December on the back but a character in the novel thinks the hero looks like Mr. October). You shouldn't be surprised once the secret is revealed since it's hinted at pretty heavily several times beforehand. And, unfortunately, the resolution is quite quick and easy, especially considering what the secret is and that there is TEN YEARS of history between these two people...sometimes it feels much more like only ten months. The stakes never felt high enough in this book to get really invested but it's not horrendous.
