| Review # 1 was written on 2015-08-29 00:00:00 Dror Birnbaum Big Sky Country is the first romance novel by American author Jackie Merritt, and is part of the Western Lovers series. Widow Tracy Moorland is inspecting the properties she has inherited from her late husband, Jason, and is puzzled by the last one she visits, the Double J ranch in Montana. Even more puzzling is the reaction of the co-owner, Slade Dawson, who is rude and unfriendly. Until, that is, he finds her in a nightgown on the balcony���. This romance has characters of unusual depth, a plot that is not wholly predictable and, as part of the Silhouette Desire series, some fairly hot sex. All in all, a great effort for a first novel. |
