Really liked the story! I read the English version but can't find it on Goodreads!

This is one of Liz Fielding's Maybridge stories. A cute place that could be any number of interesting country towns/villages in England. I read this backwards because it is set before the Bachelor's Baby in which a couple of people we meet in Runaway Bride appear. This is a very straightforward case of two people in love who let other people and their own insecurities come between them. The crunch comes when they both jilt each other at the altar. Yes, I said both. Not that either of them realise until they run into each other almost straight afterwards. Watching Mike and Willow rebuild their relationship is a sweet and emotional read. I enjoyed it thoroughly and couldn't put it down. (a continual refrain with Liz's books) I'm now going to sort out the other Maybridge stories so I can find all the linked characters and find out what happens.
