Review # 1 was written on 2012-02-02 00:00:00 Bonnie Lindsay not half bad, if you are looking to learn isiXhosa! this guide is the latest updated version after a whole bunch of other Teach Yourself books. clear, easy to read, handy exercises, and a teensy bit more politically correct than a lot of other guides on South African languages. nice job, Beverly & Silvia

Review # 2 was written on 2009-10-27 00:00:00 Tyler Brockman Currently reading this one... seems clearly written with many useful dialogues, vocabulary, and grammar. So far, I prefer this language it to the other Bantu languages I've studied (Swahili, Chinyanja, and Zulu).
