Review # 1 was written on 2013-02-22 00:00:00 Keegan Brosseau I had to read this book for my philosophy course this year. It is a well written and informative book, but I did find Primoratz's topic choices a bit odd. I think he spent too much time talking about the different ideas people have about what sex is. Some of his chapter were really good but I would not choose this book as an introduction to sex ethics. |
Review # 2 was written on 2014-11-24 00:00:00 Kendall Niggemyer Very nice (if liberal) approach to the philosophy of sex. However, I have to admit that I squirmed excitedly every time Primoratz called out a self-proclaimed, non-traditional philosopher for being uptight and unreasonable. Good stuff! |
