Review # 1 was written on 2018-09-25 00:00:00 Viviana Villarreal I enjoyed this book way more than Robert O. Nara's "Money by the Mouthful" book which is the first book to read before this one. "How to Become Dentally Self Sufficient" was a way better book as it actually told you how to exactly care for your teeth, what products to use and why. It wasn't so wordy and I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I learned a lot of real interesting facts about how to take care of my teeth (that I was never taught as a kid or even as a grownup). I'm glad I read this book. I am going to change up my dental self care now.
