Review # 1 was written on 2019-06-10 00:00:00 Jeff Taylor I feel bad judging a book too harshly that I had to read for class. It doesn't seem fair. However, this books was a pleasant little read, easy to digest and fairly straight-forward. Very little mathematical economics was used, making it accessible for non-economists like myself. Alexander's overall premise is solid and he argument is fairly coherent if not always the most precise. Starts off with history then moves towards analysis. A good introduction to Japanese economics, but less not as solid as a book by Flath that is in my books. |
