Review # 1 was written on 2020-01-08 00:00:00 Deborah Long I won't rate it below 2 stars because I think it is valuable for studying public policy, but this one just did not grab me in the way other books in the field have, such as Deborah Stone's Policy Paradox. Worth it for those required to read it (it's worth digesting, rather than seeking summaries, for instance), but for the general public or a beginner in the policy field, I'd say this one can get a miss.
