Review # 1 was written on 2010-07-01 00:00:00 Patrick Concilio An ABC book that uses verbs, adverbs and prepositions in simple sentences, Greenfield's book will be more interesting to five- and six-year-olds than the usual concrete objects. The background is minimized in the pleasant pen and ink with water color wash illustrations so the setting could be any of a variety of parts of the world, Aaron and Gayla are clearly of African descent.

Review # 2 was written on 2012-12-07 00:00:00 Shaun Blesh I enjoy how this book not only reinforces letter recognition but it also helps with sound recognition. Also, I like how the book has short simple sentences that children will enjoy reading themselves. I think its a good one for pre-k and kindergarten children.
