Review # 1 was written on 2009-12-22 00:00:00 Marion Williams Well written text, good printing (which is important in casebooks!), and clear. But soooooooooooo boring!

Review # 2 was written on 2019-12-15 00:00:00 Young-deok Roh This is an excellent book. Very specific to lawyers' regulations in each state and yet has great higher-level discussions and suggestions for further reading and research. This is a potentially dry subject and many people write in an un-engaging manner about ethics; however this book is so well-written that I was genuinely engaged by it.
