Review # 2 was written on 2011-08-24 00:00:00 Clint Mantin The book is very basic in presenting of the material. Yet it contains perfect schemes, samples of legal documents, case summaries and briefs, etc. etc. I'd strongly recommend it both to students studying business law and to professors/instructors facing the need to teach basics on the subject.
