Review # 1 was written on 2014-04-17 00:00:00 Chad B. This is an excellent book to teach you how to properly feed your children nutritiously. It aims to help with school-aged children and school lunches, but it covers even breakfast and dinner- and a lot of the advice can be geared for families with younger children [especially since dietary habits are formed early!] This book was so helpful I may invest to purchase one for our family's shelf!

Review # 2 was written on 2012-08-21 00:00:00 Mark Beam Easy and quick read with a lot of practical advice. Much of it seems like common sense, but always good to get a refresher.
