Review # 2 was written on 2009-07-23 00:00:00 John Johnson What Was I Thinking? 58 Bad Boyfriend Stories was laugh-out-loud funny and yet deeply sad. I kept being struck by the fact that there's all these women in the world who ignore "red flags" and "warning signs" about loser men. Still, it was a hoot to read of just how blind love can be. I found quotable notions in "Norm Crosby Syndrome," "Swedish Meatball," "Oh, How We Love Bad Boys," "Bah Humbug," "Dark Bill," "...And The Matt Came Back," and "Starter Marriage," as well as hearty chuckles in many more. Although 200 pages, the book is a quick read with short narratives interspersed between a few graphics/comics. I would recommend the book to anyone who dates men.
