This book helped further my education.Mr. Schlesinger adds tips useful to a newbie like me;giving suggestions on equipment and tools needed to be used to cook all the variety of dishes. He covers many tropical flavors for the first time taster. The directions cover everything to make grilling fun and not scary(of flames..or not cooking properly and tastes awful). Make grilling a year round cooking method. Cyndee Thomas
