Review # 1 was written on 2019-09-07 00:00:00 Sharon Carpenter I have enjoyed this author and the concepts covered in this book are good; however, I think most apply to people who have never been married or may be trying to figure out why they are getting married. A good portion of the book was useless to me because none of it applied to me. They go into depth about the many reasons why people remarry and none were reasons why I was remarrying.

Review # 2 was written on 2015-01-13 00:00:00 Jamie Swartz I'm reading this book in 2020 which is a leap year. The book was written without a leap year in mind, so February 29 has no reading. As Lucado has published a lot, I'm sure that could be corrected if the book is ever re-issued. I have enjoyed other Max Lucado books more. For me, these meditations were too short and just bits and pieces gleaned from other books he's written. Maybe it motivates readers to read or reread those books. While I enjoyed some days more than others, in general, I did not find it a helpful "inspirational" book.
