Review # 1 was written on 2020-02-02 00:00:00 Ryan Mark This book, with it's "look for the good news" message, is similar to Mr. Rogers' famous entreaty to "look for the helpers" when bad things happen. Marcus sees a lot of sad and bad things on his walk, but his friend at the barbershop points out all of the beauty, love, and positivity that's around him, too. Illustrated with real photographs.

The photographs make the story come alive as Marcus walks from his house to the barbershop. I liked the added color as he walked home with a different outlook.
