Review # 1 was written on 2012-09-20 00:00:00 Rene Martinez Very dry. Parts of it are entertaining enough to retain some of the knowledge, but generally very thick and difficult to trudge through.

Review # 2 was written on 2007-05-02 00:00:00 Francis Landry Would have to reread to star on quality of scholarship, but for content a clear 5 for me. Still think frequently about this book's subject 5 years after reading it.
