Review # 1 was written on 2016-09-24 00:00:00 Laurence Hetu This is a strong history of the industrial era technologies that made the wide distribution of the modern book possible. The explaination of 'Smythe-sewn' binding was particularly well done.

Review # 2 was written on 2016-10-26 00:00:00 Lavec Zdenko Interesting story about a saint (or really the Irish) that may have landed in North America earlier than Leif Erickson. It was interesting that she mentioned he was cranky much of the time. Not eating will do that! We loved the illustrations by Enrico Arno. We are going to try to imitate and draw his pictures too.
