Review # 1 was written on 2019-10-18 00:00:00 Ben Richards Whoa! found this two volume set in the rental beach house and nearly couldn't pry myself away. Frankly, it was riveting and introduced me to some church and democratic history I had no knowledge of. I wasn't able to finish the whole of the first volume before leaving the beach, but hope to find a used copy at a second hand store. It was difficult to read any of the John Locke test and takes some patience and diligence to understand the archaic language and ye olde fonts.

If you teach US History then make sure to get the teachers Guide that goes along with this caled 'Teaching and Learning America's Christian History' by Rosalie Slater - Awesome ideas!
