Review # 1 was written on 2013-09-15 00:00:00 Dustin Abolafia One of the best books I’ve read regarding the spiritual perspective of the human condition and it’s evolution to be more connected to our spiritual growth rather than our material growth. Easy to read and beautifully leads you to many thought provoking moments about our time available and the choices we make.

Review # 2 was written on 2015-01-21 00:00:00 Monnier Franck Very dense chapters on Yoga, especially towards the middle of the book. Recommend the Yoga Alliance session that is on YouTube if you do not have the patience for this sort of academic writing on Yoga.
