Review # 1 was written on 2015-03-01 00:00:00 Jason Millican Uses a typology that can become muddled. Some of the empirical examples are unclear as to where they fit in the typology. Very much enjoyed the sections on Japan and France as sites of resistance to the homogeneity of some retrenchment models.
