I browsed this book rather than read it. I've always been more a fan of the Model A than the T but in the many photos, I've come to see the charm in the Model T as well. It was such a more delicate vehicle than we are accustomed to today. It had a simplicity that even the farmers were able to adapt it to their needs as various customizations are shown in photos. Also included that was a lot of fun is the advertizing and the Ford and Model T humor of the day. I never realized that Ford was the butt of jokes earlier than the 70's! Turns out there were postcards and pamphlets dedicated exclusively to Ford humor and stories told by owners of the Model T. Here's a little sample:'What did the chicken say after being run over by the Ford? Cheep, cheep, cheep!' or on a more positive note, 'A man wanted to be buried with his Ford because it pulled him out of every hole he had ever been in.' All in all, a nice tribute to the T!
