Review # 2 was written on 2018-03-11 00:00:00 Bosanadeljazero Butts I just love this yoga routine. It is both great for the beginners, but also demanding and relaxing at the same time. I look forward to doing it in the mornings. It is not like some other DVDs I tried which are more exercise videos with some yoga moves then other way around. These are real yoga poses. And I like how real Yolanda is - and not some 21 year old poser that just makes me feel bad about myself. Yolanda is just like I would want to be when I am her age, fit and trim in a healthy kind of a way.
