The Muslim world has gone through a revolution, democracy has swept through developing nations causing in the case of the later, an emergence of a new middle class. Change can truly last only when women are part of the decision making process. A society can not found it's balance without this crucial element and reality. Lourdes Beneria explain in this book this truism beautifully.
