I am now looking for a book that basically compares the interventions in Bosnia, Sierra Leone, Northern Ireland and Iraq, and why certain interventions like Sierra Leone and Bosnia are largely deemed successful, and why Iraq was not. What were the different factors? To what extent did these interventions influence Blair in Iraq?
