Review # 1 was written on 2015-04-05 00:00:00 Goran Kuridza This is the right season for this book as very soon I'll be cutting lots of snowflakes to decorate our home. And this year I'm going to add fantastic animals from this unique collection. I've only tried a few so far (turtles and octopuses), but they all look marvellous. At the end of the book there are simple generic instructions on how to fold paper correctly. The rest you have to do yourself. Had there been templates, it would have been too easy:-) Thank you to Hilary for bringing this book to my attention and Openlibrary.org for making our lives so much more interesting.

Review # 2 was written on 2017-08-09 00:00:00 Bryan Knowles An A,B,C book with a cut out snowflake featuring an animal for each letter of the alphabet. This is really nice to look through and I'm sure anyone who does will be itching to try themselves. The animal choices were good but it was a pity they used fox for X, there are a few creatures beginning with X it would have been good to use one. What a lovely idea! We love cutting paper snowflakes and although we have cut out chains of animals and people in a line I have never thought of making an animal snowflake before. There are simple instructions in the back of how to have a go yourself. We will definitely be having a go later today! Read on open library. A reread today, used as an after dinner game. This is such a fun easy thing to do, a really good quick craft activity to do during lockdown, why not put some up in your window and suggest your neighbours have a go and share their results on their windows!
