Review # 1 was written on 2014-04-23 00:00:00 Martin Savage I didn't get to finish this because this book belonged to a supervisor and I did not have enough time, but I really enjoyed what I got to read. I don't work with children but think it would be really useful when working with all victims of childhood trauma regardless of their age. I was given this while working with an adult who has had a diagnosis of Reactive Attachment Disorder since age 3. I was very grateful for the compassion of the author and it helped me see things in a different light. An interesting read that I may pick up to read again.

Review # 2 was written on 2020-05-13 00:00:00 Gina Vild An excellent survey of the MBCT course. The intended audience is CBT therapists, but it's a good introduction for anyone who want to know, clearly and in detail what is entailed, but not at great length. As a practitioner myself, who has been taught by Rebecca Crane, the material wasn't new, but it is well expressed and a useful reference point. She combines her clarity with sensitivity and an awareness of where clarity alone no longer helps.
