Review # 2 was written on 2016-08-29 00:00:00 Bradford Pleimann A good (I assume), very very very brief overview of China's massive history. I'm indebted to it for helping me pin down some preliminaries of my oldest story's world, so I'm inclined to rate it higher, but since it is not only a brief but also a child-focused book, and without much intrinsic, entertainment value besides the pictures, I'll just leave it at 3 stars. But it's incredibly useful for a starting point, I'll give it that, which is why I read it. I feel more equipped to go on to something a bit longer, or at least something geared to my age range that doesn't feel the need to define "immortal" on the side bar.
