Review # 1 was written on 2011-07-10 00:00:00 Rodger Thebeau Aamodt makes I/O Psychology easy. I also like his jokes and anecdotes scattered in every chapters. In addition to this, his tips on preparing a cover letter, resume, and training are very helpful. I applied most of them in my career right now. Thank you Aamodt!

Review # 2 was written on 2011-07-12 00:00:00 John-ruhne Nilsen This is a pretty good introductory piece. I read the 8th edition, published in 2016. However, it is already rather out of date. Laws around diversity and discrimination and harassment have changed, so this textbook is a bit behind in that regard. Not to mention it says "he or she" all the time instead of gender neutral they/them. All the examples have gendered pronouns, which makes no sense.
