Review # 1 was written on 2020-05-28 00:00:00 Michael Perlman I appreciated the limited vocabulary for young readers. I had hoped the black cat would feature more heavily. I did enjoy the play with colors and the ending.

Review # 2 was written on 2019-10-21 00:00:00 William Magier This book has many different literary devices these could be used to help introduce to KS1 and early Ks2. For example, there is lots of repetition and descriptive language within the book which is a good example for these children. I love the use of onomatopoeia within the book, this would really get the children involved in the story.
