Cute enough, though I was most interested in the way Ms. Vanilla's classroom celebrated Valentine's Day. Instead of the kids buying and handing out cards to every class member, the children spent time in class making Valentines. They then put them in a box, and took turns drawing, and reading each card aloud to the rest of the class. And, of course, it wouldn't be a party without cupcakes!

This is a pretty nice book. Nobody makes fun of anybody which I thought they would do frankly. Special bonus -- check out a young boy just opposite Charlene. This young boy reads his Valentine and his name and his appearance strike an uncanny resemblance to a soon to be one term politician.
