An average book meant for kids who can read. it does not ask for too much load on your mind.. and it actually simplifies all the gret Indian tales which we an average Indian kid grows up on.. so on an overall I won't suggets you this book but you can give it to your lil nephews & nieces.. Most of the stories I was aware of.. and probably I knew different & better versions of them. This is one book I read & thought that even I could have written this book just sitting for probably 2-3 hrs on a Sunday afternoon or on a weekend holiday. Now this perspective of mine itself shows that the author really didn't put much effort.. so if u can write it why wud u read it.. huuhhh

There are very few books which have disappointed me to the core, and this book is definitely tops the list. - First, the stories are very very very short, like no content at all. Even children of 8 yr old will get bored by the stories written in this book. - Second, There is nothing about Indian Heroes, Heroines, their adventures as the book's back cover says. - Quality of the paperback - very poor. - So both quality and quantity of the content is very poor, I can't imagine why is it priced so high ? I wanted to kill myself considering why did I choose this book in the first place for buying !!
