Review # 1 was written on 2021-01-16 00:00:00 Tim Williams As a source text- this is invaluable. Need to check for updated, newer edition. Some of it was a bit dry, but to be expected when covering so much ground.

Review # 2 was written on 2016-07-29 00:00:00 Richard Mclean Though informative, I found this book to be too heavy on statistics and extremely dense. There was way too much information that I couldn't really keep track of. Instead of breaking up it up by time periods, I wish the author would've divided the book by topic.
