Review # 1 was written on 2021-02-24 00:00:00 Mark Ladson Notable for its rather benign pictures of the prophet who's portrayal in any form is viewed in some circles as sacrilegious. When I pointed the pictures out to my school librarian, she quickly discarded the book from the library. Sometimes political expedience trumps the importance of intellectual debate and free speech.

Review # 2 was written on 2016-08-07 00:00:00 Frederick Conrad This little book is very dense and contains 34 meaningfully distinct exercises ranging from basic breathing to psychic healing. Compared to the Western science in the Oxygen Advantage, the description is slightly less in-depth but pretty good. From my experience with Reiki, the psychic healing fits the bill just fine. One core takeaway is that there is one common core breathing technique: rhythmic complete breathing. I would sometimes count to my heartbeat when doing pranayama practices, so it's cool to see this suggested as the 'natural rhythm'. :-) -- One caveat is that I have only experimented with the physical exercises. The psychic ones will be done in due time.
