very much interested in this type of thing--but there is little room for it in the work of a practitioner. the law is after all a congealed vomit of several thousand years of class-bound ideology. radical philosophy is necessary to combat this, but the locus of confrontation can only always be exorbitant. bringing these type of arguments, however correct they happen to be, to court on behalf of a client is probably a license losing proposition and is accordingly unethical. the aporia of law ergo: to be true and correct is to be unethical.

Este libro es como regresar el tiempo y re-tomador TODAS mis clases que he tenido en mis 4 semestres de la universidad. Me hubiera gustado que me lo hubieran dejado leer desde mi ingreso, pero haberlo leído a estas alturas, me ha refrescado la memoria y es genial jajaja. Hans Kelsen es un genio, que me ha acompañado y me acompañrá para toda mi vida, creo que es tiempo de que nos hagamos amigos, porque es ideal para consultar cuando tenga alguna duda o quiera aclarar algo. Un aplauso a mi profesora de Lógica Juridica por haber hecho "La teoría pura del derecho" el primer libro del semestre. *se emociona porque aún quedan como 5 más* *sarcasmo*
