Review # 1 was written on 2020-03-07 00:00:00 Zachary Larson It is a good source for basic elements of a healthy mentoring relationship. It provides not only questions and directions to the mentor in his task but also includes questions and directions for mentor's own development. The book includes sample plans, contracts and questions for mentoring sessions. |
Review # 2 was written on 2021-02-10 00:00:00 Stephanie Reichel Good for what it is, but since I read it for a class it isnt something I would normally pick up. I enjoyed the examples throughout and it was easily understandable. Not a favorite by any means, but I would recommend it for someone who wants to learn the basics around being a mentor. |
