Review # 1 was written on 2015-06-30 00:00:00 Peter Barmby I'm probably the only person nerdy enough to read this cover to cover. But actually, I learned a lot. In references, you indicate the page span with an en dash, not a hyphen. Email correspondence is cited only in a footnote. Who knew? After years of conflicting guidelines on different web resources, it's nice to have the official answers. Now if only all the answers were included, rather than the advice to "see the Chicago Manual of Style."
