Review # 1 was written on 2016-01-24 00:00:00 Robbie Grant I will be having an autistic twin in my classroom this year. I know the family because I had the older sister. Thought I should know a little more about autism. From Kindergarten, I know she can be violent at times, like hitting, scratching, biting, throwing things. She was in summer school, so I got to know her a little. I didn't have too many problems with her, but some of the other teachers did. This is kind of a manual type book that you can refer to when certain situations arise. I thought it quite interesting that a lot of the ideas in the book I have used on "normal" children in my classroom. |
