Review # 1 was written on 2013-08-09 00:00:00 Paul Niermann I found about 1/2 of the book helpful, most specifically the last chapters. If you are interested in more specific tools for any group, I would suggest getting a title specifically on that issue. This book does have some wonderful tricks that could be adapted for many groups! I've heard Maryln speak before and this book was similar to her lecture style.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-09-10 00:00:00 Peyton Mouris Most of the book covered theory I already knew about, and there reaches a point in time when being reminded you can only change yourself isn't helpful. But the last chapter has some practical applications and there is an extensive resource list. Maybe I will be able to get more good ideas from one of them.
