Review # 1 was written on 2009-11-15 00:00:00 Daniel Myers I started this book with no great hope, considering that the many books and papers I had read on Project Management were mostly on the theory and not on the application of principles in real life. However, this book *is* different. Sanjiv gives many scenarios that we can identify with about a project that is facing a crisis. He takes us through the critical steps that a project manager needs to take when bringing the project back onto track. What sets this book apart is the list of hard questions that project managers need to ask themselves and the projects. These are truly from real life experience. In short, a rare gem and a must read. |
