Review # 1 was written on 2013-02-22 00:00:00 Naeem Gray Great book. Not the best, but still useful. I use it for reviewing my French. It is meant to be used in a classroom following interaction and engaging the students. I like how it often provides the English equivalent and also clarifies quite a few phonetic ambiguities. The book doesn’t tell you everything straight ahead, but rather depends on your active engagement: it wants to make your head work a bit first,which can be a bit frustrating. I also like how it adds to my knowledge of the French way of thinking, expressing of oneself, etc as this part of Western culture especially appeals to me.

Review # 2 was written on 2012-02-12 00:00:00 Melissa Fitches The only time I hope to ever see this french textbook again is if I have to read it because the Supreme Court requires all their justices to be bilingual... Baguette.
