Review # 1 was written on 2013-06-27 00:00:00 Rhett Willett I think this is my third time THROUGH this book. We read through it as part of a work book club with mostly graduates in the book club. Again, it's a great book. The best part of the book club were the discussions that followed on from each chapter!

Review # 2 was written on 2019-12-22 00:00:00 Danielle Alexander Great book to begin to learn the fundamentals of Java programming. It has lots of review questions, practice exercises so that you can gauge if you are getting the key concepts. I used it as a primary textbook in a class that I am taking and I think it is ideal for such a setting - might be hard to use if you are studying the topic entirely on your own without any previous experience.
