Hard to rate this book. I'll give it a 3.5 stars. It was very technical which might turn some people off, but investing is technical and it's written in a way that takes you through it step by step. The best part about the book is if you are looking to invest on your own, it provides portfolio help at the end of each chapter. The book covers the following seven rules of wall street: 1. Let Your Winners Ride, But Cut Your Losers Short 2. As Goes January, So Goes the Year 3. Sell in May and Then Go Away 4. There's No Free Lunch on Wall Street 5. There's Always a Bull Market Someplace 6. Don't Get Mad-Get Even! 7. Don't Fight the Fed He then ranks the rules and picks which one he likes best. There are charts throughout the book of proof of the rules and how they compare with the S&P 500. You also learn all about ETF's and different sectors and industries that make up the S&P 500.
