The author of Hermanisms realizes that no one likes the feeling of failure but he does a very good job of pointing out the educational value of such experiences. Having owed and operated a number of businesses (failed and successful) and counseling many troubled entrepreneurs, the author is well educated in the lessons of failure. Hermanisms is the bulk of this hard fought knowledge. Each of the seventy-seven chapters contains a little jewel of advice about integrity, cost cutting, respecting employees, time management, knowing your margins, etc. There is some really good information in this book that will suit almost any type or size of business.
